Marketing Communications Manager
- Develop and implement company messaging and push out updates to the organization for consistency.
- Implement strategies for Digby advertising, direct mail, Web presence, PR, internal communications, and social media.
- Implement departmental plan and budget.
- Develop communications and presentations for organization leadership
- Write and develop sales materials including key client presentations, sales training decks, sales awareness campaigns, templates, collateral, etc.
- Implement PR strategy and provide guidance on the Digby market message, approve strategy and write all materials, including releases, media pitches, media alerts, etc.
- Oversee Digby Web presence including development, content, and traffic stats.
- Manage relationship with the PR agency to create and disseminate press releases, talking points for exec interviews, Q&A's, FAQs, key messaging, speaking opportunity submissions, etc.
- Write articles/white papers/case studies and work with partners on approvals for those documents and also interviewing them for information
- Act as primary contact for all employees needing help with communication tools (i.e., review/edit letters, RFPs, presentations, draft memos, edit reports, materials going to partners or outside vendors, etc.)
